How the pilot, the plans and the billing actually work.
You apply, we have a 30-minute scoping call, and we agree one live workflow (usually overflow and after-hours booking) plus the numbers that will define success. The $299 covers 30 days of live service with setup included for a standard integration. At day 30 you see calls handled, bookings completed and messages taken, and decide whether to move to Core.
If it earned its keep, you continue on Alliance Desk Core at $499 per location per month, with the same setup already in place. If it did not, you stop and owe nothing further. There is no automatic roll-over onto a subscription.
Because Alliance Desk completes the booking inside your scheduling system, escalates to a person on rules you set, and is tuned by us on your real calls rather than left to a self-serve template. The honest comparison is not to a cheaper answering bot; it is to the bookings you currently lose. With a $100 average ticket, five recovered bookings a month cover the subscription.
Answered call time on Alliance Desk. Core includes 2,000 minutes a month, which is far more than most single-location businesses use, and minutes beyond that are $0.20 each. We would rather state a limit than promise "unlimited" and quietly cap you.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your receipt email or on the Billing page. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods.
Annual billing charges 12 months of Core up front at a 20% discount: $399 a month equivalent, $4,788 a year instead of $5,988. The included minutes scale to 24,000 for the year.
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. ACH bank transfer is available on request for annual and multi-location plans.
